Error establishing a database connection

Hi,

I have Resin installed in win 2003.
On the Resin server, at browser when I navigated to http://localhost:8080/wordpress/
click Create Confniguration File.
and then entered:
Database Name: wordpress -> not created in mysql yet.
user name: root -> already exist.
password: admin -> already exist.
Database host: localhost or 127.0.0.1

I got this error.

Can anyone please tell me how to debug this error?
