Try using the bug reporting directly at bugs.caucho.com. Make sure you have a unit test ready for testing, this will make bug-fixing a piece of cake.

Perfect. It's fixed tough for 4.0.8. Just grab the latest from SVN, build using ant and you are good to go, this way you can also debug on the latest source, .. might come in handy if you are ready...
