Hello,

I use jetty 6.1.23 + quercus 4.0.3. I would like to access an sqlite3 database. However despite reading the docs I'm stuck and don't know how to do it. Could anyone give me a detailed description?

My other question is that how to achieve memcache support? Does quercus support it? If not, do you plan to add memcache support?

Thanks,
Janos

Hi Janos,

SQLite and memcache aren't supported at the moment. For memcache, depending on your needs, APC might be a reasonable alternative.

I've filed bugs requesting SQLite and memcache support here:

http://bugs.caucho.com/view.php?id=3996
http://bugs.caucho.com/view.php?id=3997

Thanks,
Emil

Hello emil,

APC is a bit different from memcache(d). The latter may be shared between hosts, but the former is shared memory based (I think). I try to live with APC. Anyway thanks for filing the two requests, I look forward to have support for these (sqlite3 + memcache) in future quercus versions.
