Hello

We host a commercial php software using ioncube encoding in our server.

Is it possible to host an ioncube encoded software in GAE using quercus?

I don't think it is possible to run encoded scripts. The issue is that ionCube only has a loader dll for standard PHP. That loader dll does not exist for Quercus.
