This didn't actually cause me any problems apparently, but during an install of the "resin" package from the Caucho apt repository onto Ubuntu Server 9.04 I got the following message:

update-rc.d: warning: /etc/init.d/resin missing LSB information
update-rc.d: see <http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts>

Thanks for the notice. I think we've only tested on Hardy which didn't exhibit the warning. I filed a bug here:
